Description

Villa Montefalcone is a beautiful modern villa with a swimming pool, a large kitchen with an island, and a spacious panoramic terrace, as well as an indoor pool and sauna.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with an island and a living room with a sofa, a double bedroom with a bathroom, a laundry room, an indoor pool (heated upon request), and a sauna.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds, which can be doubled if desired), a bathroom with a shower, and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a double showerhead.

Outside is a large garden with a swimming pool and a solarium with loungers.

Parking is available on the property; the property is fully fenced.

Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital, is two kilometers away, offering excellent restaurants.

A 20-minute drive takes you to the seaside town of Fano, with its free beaches and those equipped with loungers, umbrellas, children's playgrounds, and a bar and restaurant.

The outdoor pool is open from May to September. The indoor pool is heated upon request in September, October, and November. A minimum of 15 days' notice is required, and the additional cost of €500 per booking to be paid on spot.

Wonderful place

A guest

Villa Montefalcone is a wonderful property with an amazing view. It is very new, modern and clean inside and has a lot of wonderful places outside to enjoy the view, even if it is raining. The owner Alessandro was very nice and welcomed us in an open and friendly way. It was also very comfortable for us to have a 11kW Type2 chraging station on the property for our car.
