Description
The villa is characterized by a large porch and a large swimming pool with hydromassage. The exterior is equipped with gazebo, tables, chairs and sofas for relaxing and eating outdoors. The property is completely fenced and consists of three independent apartments.
The first apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a second double bedroom with French beds in the mezzanine area, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub-shower. Guests also have access to the terrace and a large veranda at the entrance. Apartment equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
The second apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a bright living room with large windows, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Apartment equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Finally, the third apartment located on the ground floor is suitable for a couple: here you will find a lovely living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A laundry area with ironing board and iron is also available to guests.
Casale degli Ulivi has a private parking area.
Acqualagna is two kilometers away, the famous truffle capital where you will find excellent restaurants, bars and all the main services.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach the sea of Fano with its free beaches or those equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and games for children. In the evening the seafront is full of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors.
Even historic villages such as Cagli or the famous Urbino can be reached in just 20 minutes.

the property was very beautiful and in good shape. The owner came every mornig to clean the pool, what was great. The owner has always been very kind and helpful. We enjoyed staying there a lot and I can really recommend it.

Siamo un folto gruppo di amici, adulti e bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Il casale è in posizione tranquillissima, in mezzo alle colline, poco lontano da tanti luoghi di interesse delle Marche. Comodissimi i tanti letti dislocati nei 3 appartamentisee more
Siamo un folto gruppo di amici, adulti e bambini e siamo stati benissimo. Il casale è in posizione tranquillissima, in mezzo alle colline, poco lontano da tanti luoghi di interesse delle Marche. Comodissimi i tanti letti dislocati nei 3 appartamenti. Piscina gradita da grandi e piccoli. Le cucine e in generale la casa, sono fornite di ogni tipo di comfort. Vivibilissima anche per 12/13 persone. Grazie al proprietario di casa e allo staff di Marche Holiday!
