Nestled in the green rolling hills of Barchi, about 5 km from the historic borgo of Mondavio, Villa Valgiorgia is an authentic retreat where traditional charm meets contemporary comfort. The villa, built in exposed stone and surrounded by a large, fully-fenced park, overlooks a breathtaking landscape offering magical sunsets. Designed for families with children or groups of friends, Villa Valgiorgia is much more than a vacation home: it is a small private resort immersed in nature, where the silence of the hills combines with areas dedicated to fun, wellness and sharing.

Interior:
The villa has two floors, not internally connected, for a total area of about 180 sq m. GROUND FLOOR - Sitting room; living room with open-plan kitchen; single bedroom; twin bedroom with joinable beds; double bedroom; bathroom with tub and shower; bathroom with shower; panoramic balcony. LOWER FLOOR - Two double bedrooms; bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located in an adjacent room.
Park:
The property is surrounded by a lush, fully-fenced park, designed for the relaxation of adults and for the entertainment of children. The park features a wooden tree house, swings and a trampoline, a play area equipped with table football and table tennis, numerous shaded lounge areas, a dining table and a wood-fired oven.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located on a terrace above the villa and is reached via a ramp ending with a step. Measuring 9.5 x 4.5 m with a depth of 140 m, the pool is accessible via Roman steps and has an attractive infinity effect that feeds into a second semi-circular pool below (4.5 m in diameter). Lined with fiberglass with a chlorine purification system. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, an outdoor cold-water shower, and a radio sound system. The area also features a 3 m diameter hot tub (not heated), which can accommodate up to eight people. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
