Access to the property is via a steep, gravel country road; therefore, sports cars or cars with particularly low ride heights are not recommended. The entire outdoor area is ideal for those who want to experience a holiday immersed in nature without sacrificing comfort.

The swimming pool is located within the private garden and just a few steps from the villa. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.80 m. It is equipped with Roman steps for comfortable and safe access. The internal lining is made of gray PVC and the water is chlorine-based. The adjacent solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, offering the perfect space for relaxation and outdoor living during summer days.
