PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only) - In front of the porch of this beautiful villa, you have an infinity pool that overlooks a breathtaking landscape, made of rolling hills dotted with houses. In this place, you will experience total privacy even if you are a few minutes away from the town. This rural home with a large, fenced garden is the ideal place to spend your holiday in complete relaxation!
The villa is divided into 2 floors, both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen that leads to the porch, a dining room, and a living room with a fireplace. On the same floor, you will find a toilet and a double bedroom with an en suite shower. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bath.
The wide stone porch is equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside and a nice outdoor sofa.
The pool with descending steps is equipped with sunbeds. It measures 6x12 meters, is 1.50 meters deep, and will be open from from May 16th to September 5th.
